Product or Service Offered: Techteriors delivers custom design, integration, installation and service for a wide variety of electronic products. Applications include: entertainment, security, lighting control, communications and automation. We deliver these services and products to residential and commercial customers.
Projected 2005 Revenue: Because of the increase in customer knowledge and demand for our products and services, we expect substantial increases in revenue for 2005 and beyond.
Leadership Team: The three principals are John DeToro, Frank Porcaro and Mike Phillips
Target Clientele: We target both home and condominium owners and any businesses with presentation or training rooms.
Business Organization Memberships: Techteriors is members of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC), CEDIA (Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association), MBA (Metropolitan Builders Association) and AIA Wisconsin (The American Institute of Architects – Wisconsin).
What has fueled your business growth? At Techteriors, we have found that our business growth has been fueled by the consumer demand for integrated technology that is simple to use in both residential and commercial environments.
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? We've recently doubled our office space, providing us with the ability to create additional demonstration, sales and customer system testing areas so that customers can come and see, feel and touch the customizable technology solutions that Techteriors offers. We expect the expansion to be completed by Oct. 1, 2005.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that makes you admire them? One of the business leaders we admire is Jack Welch. His relentless leadership to continually drive improvement in quality is a trait that we value highly at Techteriors. We expect our business to continue to grow as we strive to exceed our customers' expectations in everything we do.
What is the outlook or the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? As technology evolves and as technology trends continue to make their way to the Midwest, homes and businesses will only get "smarter" and the customer demand for the latest in technology solutions that Techteriors provides will continue to grow!
